Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise software such as PropertyTree, IRE, and Inspection Express for efficient property management.
- Provide leasing support and supervise field staff activities.
- Oversee application processing, lease agreement preparation, market review, lease renewals, exit inspection reports, and routine finalisations.
- Coordinate maintenance tasks and liaise with VCAT as needed.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in property management with a proven track record.
- Passion for the industry and dedication to long-term success.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of 160 properties efficiently.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
