THE ROLE – Port Logistics Administrator Role
Due to continued growth in the business, we are seeking a full-time Port Logistics Administrator to join our Sydney team, based at our Port of Brisbane office. Reporting to the Transport Manager.
- Play a crucial role in the smooth coordination of daily business operations
- Provide administrative support across day to day planning and booking activities
- Coordinate 1 Stop Rail bookings accurately and on time
- Liaise closely with operational staff to ensure customer requirements are met
- Support efficient communication between teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Shift: 5 days, Monday to Friday
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU WILL NEED
- Must be a reliable team player
- Have a strong work ethic as this position requires flexibility.
- Excellent communication skills and driven customer service to maintain and service vour customer base
- Current experience in container transport and istop is an advantage but not required.
